VEGAN COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 50g coconut oil (melted)

  • 43g sugar

  • 70g brown sugar

  • 30g non-dairy milk (almond, oat, coconut, soy)

  • 103g flour

  • 1g baking soda

  • 2g salt

  • 1g cinnamon powder

  • 50g chopped Conspiracy Chocolate chip

Method

  • Mix the dry ingredients

  • Mix wet ingredients

  • Mix wet and dry ingredients

  • Shape into small balls and place on a baking tray

  • Sprinkle with sea salt (optional)

  • Bake 12-15 minutes at 170 degrees

  • Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!

Eat them all!
